The following hors d'oeuvres menus are priced per tray or chaffing dish. Each tray, in combination with others accommodates 25 guests. Some items are staples yet don't require as much quantity when ordering. For example, a party of 50 would only need one vegetable tray in combination, of course with other food trays. The Popular hors d'oeuvres, as with the Honey Jack Daniel's rolls with raspberry chipotle sauce are more popular; so, you may want to add an extra order. We hope this is not confusing as we want to give you the best selection for the money. We can also happily prepare any custom hors d'oeuvre requested; and you don't have to make all the minor decisions; just choose a few items of interest and we will suggest the perfect items to compliment your menu.
The following prices do not include service charge, labor or tableware.
A note about service options : In addition to the menu prices below a service charge will be added to the total. Service charge options vary depending on your use of fine china and silver or clear hard plastic ware. Also options such as full service, buffet service, bartending, service staff and customer requested specialty rentals effect the service charge amount. For the budget challenged, the least expensive drop-off disposable delivery is an option as well. A full estimate is provided to you based on your selections and every effort will be made to meet your budget.
